If you're unable to access your North & Ink account, you can quickly reset your password using the password recovery feature on the login page.
🔑 Resetting Your Password
Step 1: Visit the Login Page
Navigate to the North & Ink Client Portal login page:
Select "Sign In" and then click "Forgot Password?"
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your North & Ink account and select Send Reset Link.
✅ Make sure you use the same email address registered to your account.
Step 3: Check Your Inbox
You will receive an email containing a secure password reset link.
If you don't see the email within a few minutes:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Check any email filtering rules.
- Search for emails from North & Ink.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
Step 4: Create a New Password
Select the password reset link and enter a new password.
For better security, we recommend:
- At least 12 characters
- A mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
- A unique password not used on other websites
Example:
North&Ink2026!
Step 5: Sign In
Once your password has been updated successfully, return to the login page and sign in using your new credentials.
⚠️ Didn't Receive the Reset Email?
If your reset email doesn't arrive:
- Check Spam/Junk folders.
- Ensure the correct email address was entered.
- Wait up to 15 minutes for delivery.
- Request a new password reset link.

For your protection:
- Password reset links expire automatically after a limited period.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- North & Ink staff will never ask for your password.
- Report any suspicious account activity immediately.
